We have put the following guidelines together to make sure you don’t miss anything important:
- You must be 18-years-old or over to shop online with us (though you can visit us for coffee and cake if you are 16 or over).
- Before you proceed with your order we suggest you read our privacy policy for your complete piece of mind. This is especially important if it is not only your first visit to the CCK shop but also your first experience of online shopping. If you would like to find out more about the rights you have as a consumer when buying goods online, your statutory rights may also be worth checking out.
- At CCK, we take great care indeed handpicking each and every of our products. Should you, however, for whatever reason be not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return most of the products purchased from our shop for a refund or exchange (some exception apply to custom and personal products, please see returns)
- Please be advised that the importation of any products sold in the CCK shop into any country must comply with its rules and regulations. Any purchase made, customs charges and imports to country of destination is at the customer's sole responsibility.
- By making purchases in the Coffee, Cake & Kink shop you agree that Coffee, Cake & Kink and Coffee, Cake & Kink Ltd, and any of its owners, directors, partners, agents, employees, suppliers or affiliates will not be held responsible for any harm, damage or legal difficulties incurred throughout your usage of the CCK shop and site, purchasing and use of products from the CCK shop and/or their importation into their country of destination.
